Seemingly in direct opposition to the proverbial “don’t chew gum and walk at the same time”, the rebellious folks at Phase2 Media have developed possibly the friendliest, safest killer app ever - the Email ‘N Walk utilizes the iPhone’s camera and displays the image as a wallpaper of sorts, superimposing the email app and such in front.

Why didn’t anyone think of this before? How many cliched banana peels and manhole covers could have been sidestepped? How many dogs, cats, and hungry bears could have been saved from an errant footstep? How many stray in-laws, arch-enemies, and annoying colleagues could have been avoided?

This is nice. Did New York ban people from crossing the street while talking or texting on their cell phone?


maybe this will be the incentive they need to start?  chicken or the egg, chicken or the egg…


this is pretty neat except i don’t think anyone really texts directly in front of them. i know i don’t.
