Gaming fans will be pleased to hear this, rumors are swirling that a drop in price is imminent for the Playstation 3 and Xbob 360 gaming console.

Arstechnica claims to have inside information about a possible price drop and a PS3 Slim. Whether or not a price drop actually happens anytime soon, there’s more interest in the gaming consoles because of next generation gaming capabilities. Microsoft debuted their Project Natal, a motion sensor gaming system where the user’s every move is visible on the screen.

Playstation 3 is coming out with their own motion device, named the Playstation Motion Controller.
When the price drop finally does happen, gamers all over the world will rejoice, I know I will.

I hope they come out with a PS3 slim. how would that look? lets sit and ponder.

I hope it will drop soon so I can buy a PS3

OMG i hope the PS3 goes to like $150 then i could finally afford it!!

They should have done this a long time ago and while they’re at it, fix their CRAPPY warranty AND customer service.

The price NEEDS to come down. But by then, they’d probably release PS3 slim. =\
