Nothing new here but AT&T is reporting there was an increase of Wi-Fi use by 41 percent after the launch of the iPhone OS 3.0. The reason for the increase is simple, OS 3.0 made logging into AT&T hotspots easy by saving all the login info. Not surprised by the increase in numbers. Actually I was expect the numbers to even be higher since the iPhone 3GS broke all types of sales record on launch weekend. More »
