I’ve always wondered how much people really know about smartphones before they go and buy one. There were times when I uttered the word smartphone and got the look of confusion. A new study by Best Buy Mobile confirms that almost half of the people that buy smartphones in the United States, don’t know know to use them or quite understand them.
According to the survey, 47% of people say smartphones confuse them while 60% of that group in the age range of 35-49, feel that smartphone owners spend too much time working. Even with this study, smartphones such as the Apple iPhone, Palm Pre and Blackberris, are still coveted by Americans and continue to sell like hotcakes.
