Pystar, the company that has been cloning Apple software, has returned with a bang. They released a new desktop with some very powerful features. Pystar is offering Intel Nehalem Xeon Technology in their new Open(7) hardware and are claiming it’s the “fastest and most quiet computing configuration.”
For those who follow Apple, Pystar was sued by Apple for copywright infringement when Pystar used Apple’s OS X operating system on 3rd party hardware. Apple does not sell their software to 3rd parties. In the midst of the Apple lawsuit, Pystar filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in May. But they’ve returned and have excellent new hardware up their sleeve.
In a newsletter to describers today, Pystar wrote: When life gives you apple, make applesauce. They’re obviously talking about their cloning of Apple software and trying to take some shots at Apple. We’ll have to wait and see what will happen with the lawsuit and if Pystar eventually vanishes.

I’ll just stick with the real Apple. I don’t want to imagine what a spin on the apple software would look like.

Pystar. I never heard of it.
