If you hate the white color of your Kindle 2 and want to liven it up a little bit, Colorware will do it for you for a pretty hefty fee. Colorware has announced they’ll customize the colors on the Amazon Kindle 2 now.
Colorware is the company that takes many devices like the Kindle DX and the iPhone and adds colors other than the original color of the device.
The color change on the Kindle 2 will cost $199.99 for the device you already own and $599 for a pre-colorized Kindle 2 ordered from their site.
If you have the money and absolutely can’t stand the color of your Kindle 2, give ColorWare a try. You can design your own colors on their website here.

Even though the idea is very cool, sorry, i think this is ultimately a waste of money. In this economy, it seems like a better idea not to!
still, it’s pretty awesome though!
