Last week we mentioned that Sony was planning to release a new phone called the Sony EXPERIA Rachel with a very sleek interface. Well now there’s video footage of the user interface and it looks great. (Video and details after the break)
The touch interface looks very easy to use, offers a slew of applications and the specs on a phone are to do die for.
Specs:
- SnapDragon processor
- 8 megapixel camera with auto focus
- 3D acceleration
- Android software
The only concern I would have is if the smartphone starts to slow down when running apps. As good as the iPhone is, it still has its slow days and the apps start run slower some days than others. If that doesn’t end up being the case, then Sony’s probably got a hit on their hands. Now the problem is, can they change their image as a shoddy, cell phone manufacturer, one that many have given up on years ago?
