It seems that time really can fly, but at a costly price of $265,000. The Louis Vuitton Tambour Mysterieuse Calibre LV115 seems to be something from the future, mainly because of its floating hands and suspended hour and minute indicators. The secret is all in the two transparent sapphire disks that hold the hour and minute hands.
The gold and steel watch is made of 115 hand mounted parts and runs for eight days on a winding. The watch also comes with a fancy gold and brown trunk for you to store your watch in when not in use. However, Louis Vuitton does let you customize the watch anyway you like. They’d better if I’m throwing down 200 Grand for a watch and I’d also expect it to tell the future and come with armed body guards whenever I decide to flaunt the watch. What? Too much to ask for?
