Samsung is bringing some heat to the HD handheld video recording department with their new Samsung HMX-U10 Full HD camcorder with 1-button YouTube upload. Samsung’s device is capable of taking 10 megapixel pictures while still recording video in 1920 x 1080 Full HD. The device is being released to compete against the likes of Flip UltraHD and Creative’s Vado HD video cameras. (More pictures after the break)
One-button video uploading has become extremely popular, especially after the release of the iPhone 3GS. Hopefully when Samsung does finally release the pocket camcorder in September, the market won’t be too saturated. The video recorder is definitely worth looking into; it’s much better looking than any other pocket video camera and is smaller and lighter than the Flip UltraHD. It’ll be available in various colors and sell for $200.
