Here’s a way to make the world healthy again, New Zealand’s human powered Shweeb Monorail. The Shweeb is a little transparent capsule that is sort of like a reclined bicycle. This allows you to peddle your way to wherever you need to go or to the extent of the monorail.

This looks very uncomfortable and most likely will not be the future of transportation. The only way these become efficient and useful, is if energy is created by the peddling. It may be good to just have fun with but that’s about it.
