The other day I saw the commercial for Wii Sports Resort and I was somewhat excited for it. I’ve gotten so used to playing the regular Wii Sport, when I saw some of the new sports, I really wanted it. The athlete in me, really wants to play basketball on the Wii Sport Resort. I want to test out my shooting ability in the virtual world and see how it holds up.
There are other mini games to (26 to be exact) and is made to pair up with the new Wii MotionPlus. If you’re not sure the Wii MotionPlus will enhance your game play, just ask Jimmy Fallon, who beat Tiger Woods in Wii Golf using the Wii MotionPlus sensor and was ecstatic after the win. Jimmy went on to let Tiger know who’s the boss in the virtual world, “Tiger Woods is the biggest athlete in the world right now,” Fallon said after the contest. “But I’m better when it comes to playing with my Wii.”
The Wii Sports Resort game will cost $45 and comes with the Wii MotionPlus sensor. That’s really not a bad deal considering most games easily go for around $60 and won’t nearly get as much play time as Wii Resort Sport.
