Microsoft has finally responded to Sony’s price cut on the Playstation 3 with their own price cut. There’s a screen shot of the upcoming Target ad, that shows the 360 Elite ($299) and the Xbox 360 Pro at $250. The Elite dropped a $100 while the Pro dropped $50.

The price drop was rumored to be coming after Sony released their PS3 Slim. Microsoft was probably just waiting till they could see how much the price cuts were on the Playstation console before making their ow cut.

Look for Target to have these in stock by this weekend. These console wars are making me think about getting a Xbox 360 on top of my PS3 at home.
