Palm Pre has finally hit countries outside of he U.S. and they didn’t really go far. Bell, a Canadian company, is going to be the exclusive provider of the Palm Pre and they’ve started with some nifty ads. It’s available now but looking at the Bell site and the Palm Pre contract, the iPhone contract doesn’t seem so bad now. Bell is making customers sign up for a 3 year contract to get the $199.95 deal. That’s 3 years! By then we could have a 5th generation iPhone. And we all thought AT&T was killing us with a 2-year contract on the iPhone.

If you’re in Canada and want the Palm Pre, it’s available to you, just expect to pony up. Check out some videos here of the Pre in Canada.
