HTC Hero For Sprint On October 11th For $179.99 after Rebates

Sprint is on a roll this summer carrying some of the most talked about phones. Now, they’re adding another to that list. Sprint announced the HTC Hero will be available for $179.99 after $50 in instant savings and a $100 mail-in-rebate on October 11th. The Hero loses the chin, the bottom portion of the phone that curves up. It’s been on every HTC Android based phone.

With the addition of the Hero, Sprint now has three really good smart phones running on 3 different OS. Talk about giving you variety. It’ll be available on October 11th at all Sprint locations as well as Best Buy locations across the country.
