Yesterday we reported ASUS was planning to release a dual-screen Eee reader by the end of this year. We have more details and it’s off the hook. Asus apparently spoke to the Sunday Times and mentioned that their eBook will have full color, dual touchscreen, speakers, a mic and a webcam. Yeah, you read right, all of those things.

All this can be had for a price point of lower than $200. Hopefully it is true, because it can sink the Kindle and change the landscape of eReaders. I wouldn’t mind having this as the alternative to my Kindle.
