Yesterday I wrote a post about the problems I’ve been having with AT&T and the frustration from it. Today while on the phone, the line went dead and I kept hearing beeps. The person I was on the phone with said they heard the same thing but added that everyone they know that has an iPhone seems to have problems when they’re talking on the phone. The last time I had these problems with my iPhone, I went to the Apple store and they told me everything with the phone is fine. They blamed it on the service (naturally).

I know the iPhone taxes AT&Ts service because of all the data usage but the service on the iPhone is getting worse and worse. Funny thing is when I used my moms AT&T phone to make a call, I heard everything pretty clearly without any problems and she has one of the most basic phones in the world, an old Samsung flip phone.

A few hours ago, one of my friends, who also owns an iPhone, was complaining about similar problems and said that his phone has turned off automatically and restarted a few times without him doing anything. I want to take my iPhone to the Apple store again, but I’m afraid they’ll just say the same thing they did before.

I love the iPhone for the great features but I’m getting extremely frustrated with the dropped calls and annoying service problems. I don’t even know who to blame anymore.

Anyone else having these problems with their iPhones? Could it be an AT&T problem or an iPhone problem?
