TV lovers might (keep reading) jump for joy when they hear that a device completely dedicated to streaming live TV, has been released. The Mobile Flo TV is a device that streams live TV straight to the palm of your hand and displays it on a 3.5 inch screen, with 4:3 capacitive touch screen capabilities and built-in stereo speakers. Unfortunately, the device only carries pre-programmed channels and can only stream these channels so you’re out of luck if you don’t watch CNBC, Comedy Central, MSNBC, MTV, NBC, NBC 2 GO, NBC News, and Nickelodeon.

The battery allows for a total of 5 hours of television, and 300 hours of standby. The device itself costs $250 and a subscription to these channels cost an additional $9 a month. Personally, i believe this device is pointless and its really for those who have nothing else to waste money on. It is much cheaper to buy a TV streaming device and tuner for the iPhone. The screen size and touch screen ratio is the exact same as the Mobile Flo TV and you can get many more channels this way. So, while the idea is good, the implementation and subscription service isn’t too attractive,
