WiFi is truly amazing, allowing owners of media devices to access the Internet almost anywhere, with the tap of a few buttons. Well, its about to get much easier to use, according to the WiFi Alliance who say that a much simpler and easy to use form of WiFi will be available as early as 2010. The WiFi Alliance, made up of large companies such as CISCO, Apple, and Intel plan to work with over 300 manufacturer of WiFi devices in order to get this out to the public in time.

This may broaden the network of WiFi, possibly eliminating the need for routers and creating one central core of technologies that has never been seen before in this field. We’ll have to wait and see how each company plays its role in this advancement and if it is really worth the fuss.
