Windows 7 was released today and with its release came a slew of monitors, ready to take on the interactive software. The latest addition to the Windows 7 monitor war is the HP Compaq L2105tm, redesigning Windows 7 to fit its 21 inch CCFL mutli-touch screen. The multituch is integrated into the monitor with the help of two cameras and an infrared light and sensor, all combined with a reflective field.
This technology is so good, that even the slightest bit of pressure on the screen will set off the multitouch capabilites, which in some cases is not such a good thing. The HP Compaq L2105tm monitor provides brightness up to 270cd/m2, 5 ms response time, 1000/1 contrast ratio, and 170/160 viewing angles which is an amazing achievement for a comuter monitor.
One great thing about this monitor is that it comes with a stylus in the bundle, in case you don’t want to touch the screen with those greasy, oily fingers. The HP Compaq L2105tm monitor truly revolutionizes the way Windows 7 operates and is way better than any other Dell monitor we’ve seen.
