Speaking Spanish puts you on a whole new level these days. Spanish is spoken almost everywhere and we know you’ll need it when you go on that vacation to Spain. Well, there is nothing better to help you speak the native language over there than the Jibbigo Spanish translation app, available for the iPhone. Jibbigo makes even the hardest Spanish phrase seem easy to say, all the way down to individual letters and entire sentences.

Jibbigo guides users through questions, like asking for directions, so you always know where you’re going. All of this is done offline so that you can do all the translating, speaking, and reading you like, all without the constant need for an Internet connection. The app handles small sentences and voice commands very well. So, if you were to say, where is the nearest restaurant?, it would automatically convert it into Spanish and then read it back to you.

This is a great app for people who constantly travel to Spanish speaking countries although one setback for them may be the hefty price tag of $25 which works great on the iPhone 3GS but is a pain to use on older generations. In the end, the app ends up being a great buy for its price, it gives you a simple and easy to use interface that is always accessible and uncluttered.
