Tokyo’s Thanko, famous for its overabundance of USB related gadgets has released their newest unnecessary gadget, the GPS watch. The USB 2.0 enabled watch brings the world of GPS and Google Earth to one simple device on your wrist and makes it a lot easier for you to get places.

The GPS module in the device can be turned on to track your movements when you go on a hiking trip, so when you come back you can sync your watch and see all the place you’ve been on one single map. The GPS watch from Thanko runs on both Windows XP and Vista. The design of the watch isn’t too great, something you would expect from Thanko, but the functionality reigns supreme in this case.
