Sports have finally hit the iPhone hard, with the new NBA League Pass Live streaming app. MLB recently allowed live game streaming on their iPhone app, priced only at $10, now the NBA followed with their live streaming app. The app streams all 40 games a week, streamed live or from a 48 hour archive over 3G or WiFi, meaning you’ll be able to watch two back to back games in case you missed them.

This iPhone app is great for avid basketball fans who are willing to dish out $40 for it, but for those of you like me, who watch a few games here and there, it is defintely not worth it, just stick to the cheap MLB one. The NBA League Pass Mobile app is available in the iTunes store for $40 now.
