The Amazon Kindle, leader of the ereader market has never needed an advertisement on TV until now. Yesterday, a Kindle advertisment aired on many channels, that showed a woman falling from the sky, becoming different characters in books followed by a rabbit making the Kindle appear. The woman in the ad was Annie Little, the winner of Amazon’s Ad Contest.
This is the first time that I have ever seen an Amazon Kindle advertisment on TV. Amazon never needed an ad on TV until now, probably because they had recently gone international and they are trying to broaden their customer base in the US before they take off overseas. Whether or not Amazon needs the commercial, its still a great ad. Check it out.
