Well, well, well, looks like Apple is jumping in on the war against Verizon as well. Apple will be releasing two new ads starting tonight, that show off its ability to browse the web and talk at the same time, something that’s not allowed on almost every Verizon phone. This is a response to the “iDon’t” ads released by Verizon for the Droid, highlighting the things the iPhone is incapable of doing. With Apple firing back, Verizon is getting attacked from two sides, with AT&T doing its own thing to fight Verizon’s latest “there’s a map for that” ad.
Apple’s latest commercial give AT&T a huge boost after they’ve responded to Verizon with a lawsuit and ads starring Luke Wilson (aka The Godfather). Does this mean we’ll never get a chance to see the iPhone on the Verizon network? Is the iPhone going to shack up with AT&T again and extend their contract once its over? We’ll just have to wait and see what happens with this, but it sure is getting interesting.
