There’s something about an iPod that just screams simplicity. Well, thanks to the new iClassic app in the Cydia App Store (unfortunately, the Apple App store doesn’t have it), you can now revisit the good old days of the iPod, right on your iPhone or iPod Touch. What the app does is transform your entire music and video library into a click wheel format. Don’t worry, when you click iPod, it’s all there, all iClassic does is make a copy of your media files into it’s own app.

This is a pretty cool app, athough I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple really does take away the click wheel and put in a touch screen one, after all, it will make the iPods a lot more thinner, since it won’t need the extra inch for the click wheel technology. If you would like to dumb your iPhone down to the good old iPod click wheel, then you can head on over to the Cydia Store and get yourself the app.

Oh dear… What will they come up with next?? As if the standard play, forward, and backward buttons weren’t simple enough.
