Not only is Sin City forever known to me as a place most sacred in my heart of hearts, it’s also the home of the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show. CES, for short. Set to happen Jan 7-10, this year’s CES show is boasting a record number of tech exhibitors: 2,500 exhibitors showcasing all their latest wares for 2010! Makes me wonder — is three days even enough? Is it possible to visit every exhibitor?

My guess is probably not, but the following are happenings to note:
- Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, Ford’s Alan Mulally, Intel’s Paul Otellini and Qualcomm’s Dr. Paul Jacobs, Nokia’s Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo and Hisense’s Zhou Houjian as keynote speakers
- The iLounge Pavilion, featuring all things iPod®, iPhone® and Mac® related
- EHX@CES with custom CE products for home and commercial installation
- Sustainable Planet showcase, featuring the latest green technologies including advances in green building, alternative energy technologies and smart grid technologies
- Gaming Showcase with the latest gaming hardware and software
- 20 market-specific TechZones highlighting the latest trends and emerging markets.
