When I say countries with the fastest internet, what comes to mind? The United States? Well, you might be surprised to find that the United States is not even in the top ten list for countries with the fastest internet. According to Akamai’s latest State of the Internet report, the good ‘ole US of A ranked 18th among a survey of over 200 countries and was found to have dropped an overall of about 2% from last quarter. Top of the list? South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong. No surprises there.
