Starting in 2011, the New York Times will begin charging people for viewing their online content. Readers will still be able to access a certain number of articles each month for free, but once the quota is reached, then readers will have to begin paying to see more content. This trend towards internet viewing fees seems to be an increasingly popular method of revenue gain as more and more people abandon traditional paper newspapers and magazines for more accessible information via the internet.
