I currently do not have a digital camera, and I would like to purchase one in the near future. So, I decided to hop on over to the SonyStyle site and check out what they have to offer. One particular model that caught my eye was the Sony Cyber-shot Digital Camera TX7.
The 10.2 megapixel camera has a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens with 4x optical zoom. The back has a brilliant 3.5″ LCD touch screen. The camera has an amazing 1080i AVCHD Movie Mode that allows for pristine video recordings.
Also notable is the TransferJet technology that is incorporated into the camera. If you have another TransferJet compatible device, you can transfer up to ten files at a time simply by touching the devices together.
Here are some basic product specs:
- 3 7/8″ x 2 3/8″ x 23/32″
- 5.3 oz (with battery)
- 3.5″ LCD Xtra Fine TruBlack (921K pixels)
- Carl ZeissĀ® Vario-TessarĀ® Lens
- built in microphone and speaker
- Red, Silver, Dark Blue
The price is a little high, standing at $399.99, but I would say the price is almost always worth it for SonyStyle products…but that’s just me. For more information on the features, see the video below. For more information on the camera itself, click here.

You don’t have a digital camera??
I think you should just go for a DLSR if you’re willing to pay that much for a point-and-shoot
