Unfortunately, since this is a gaming monitor, it is a TN panel. At $400 ($450 CDN), it is also very expensive because in order for the 3D effect to work, viewers need nVidia’s Geforce 3D Vision glasses ($200) and games that are 3D enabled. Right now, 3D gaming and film are still an immature technology, so adopt it early only if you have the funds and really love 3D.
