What looks like a treadmill is a 3D scanner from Real-View 3D. Devised from medical equipment, the Real-View 3D scanner is a consumer product that reminds me of video game scanning technology.

Objects are placed onto the turntable platform and then spun, during which point, stereoscopic cameras take photographs. The company does not state whether or not scanned files can be imported into 3D editing programs. Contact them for pricing.
Real-View Corporation is proud to announce its first desktop 3D scanner. Derived from 3D image capture technology that has been developed for use in medical cameras used for non-evasive surgery, this first ever low cost 3D desktop scanner provides the consumer with the ability to scan and capture objects in full topographical 360 3D.
