As measured by the FCC, the top 20 cell phones producing the most radiation are replete with Blackberry and Motorola models.
In North America, cell phones cannot emit more than 1.6 watts per kilogram of specific absorption rate levels (SAR) of radiation. Some of these phones have been discontinued, but they all remain actively used in Canada and the States.
#20: T-Mobile Dash 3G - 1.47 SAR
#19: Palm Pixi Plus - 1.47 SAR
#18: Nokia 2320 GoPhone - 1.47 SAR
#17: LG Chocolate Touch - 1.47 SAR
#16: Sony Ericsson W350a - 1.48 SAR
#15: Motorola Droid - 1.49 SAR (OH NO!)
#14: HTC SMT5800 - 1.49 SAR
#13: BlackBerry Bold - 1.51 SAR (Popular Killer Alert!)

#12: LG Rumor 2 - 1.51 SAR
#11: Pantech Matrix - 1.52 SAR
#10: Nokia E71x - 1.53 SAR
#9: Motorola Crush - 1.53 SAR
#8: BackBerry Curve 8330 (Sprint) - 1.54 SAR
#7: BackBerry Curve 8330 (U.S. Cellular)- 1.54 SAR
#6: BackBerry Curve 8330 (Verizon)- 1.54 SAR (A trifecta of Blackberry killers)

#5: Motorola VU204 - 1.54 SAR (How many have been subjected to this killer?)

#4: Kyocera Jax S1300 - 1.55 SAR (A cheap way to die)

#2: Motorola Zine ZN5 - 1.59 SAR (Motorola scales the limits of legality at .01!)

#1: Motorola V195 - 1.6 SAR (Here, Moto JUST passes FCC’s ratings)
