Freshly announced today at Google I/O, Google TV requires a set-top box or a standalone television, and Logitech is the first company to partner with Google for the former solution, offering the Harmony Companion Box, which, naturally, works with the popular Harmony line of universal remote controls.

Fueled by an Intel Atom processor, the Companion Box is close to a netbook in dimensions and will come with its own Android and iPhone apps. The Companion Box has numerous peripherals like a keyboard, Harmony remote, and a webcam that provides free voice calling and 1080p video chat. All Google TV devices will have Wireless (probably N) and the ability to synchronize with DVRs.
- Intel CE4100 1.2GHz CPU
