Stefan Magdalinski sought to find out the answer and had the perfect excuse for the experiment. His wife Kay, residing in South Africa, was expecting her birthday, and Stefan, staying in London, wanted to surprise her with chocolate and an iPad, which was unreleased in back home.


Stefan had his friend freeze the iPad in the “finest” chocolate carbonite and then gift-wrapped for its long journey from London to South Africa. Kay received the sweet, delicious, and magical present in working order. All is well when there is Apple and candy.
