Approximately 38% of iPad owners say that after they have purchased their cherished slates, they no longer have interest in acquiring a gaming handheld like the DS and the PSP –Nintendo has expressed understandable concern about the iPod Touch, iPhone, and the iPad’s threat to its DS. 49% of iPad buyers indicate that their likelihood of buying an e-reader is now nil.


No wonder Apple has quit using the Mac Mini as a switchover machine to lure Windows users. The Resolve study shows that the iPad is drawing ample Apple virgins to the company’s stable. 37% “of consumers planning to purchse an iPad state that [it] will be their first Apple product.”

More than half of iPad owners present and future deem the tablet to be an “expensive toy.”

I would still want a portable gaming console even if I have an iPad because there are games that are only available on psp/DS =O


playing games on the iPad would be enough lol
unless they have more money to spare


i myself dun like playing games in phone or ipad too..gaming system somehow is much more better
