How mortifying is this –you, a lady, proudly purchase a “brand new” WiMAX smartphone (HTC Evo 4G) from a third-party Sprint dealer, show it off to your co-workers and friends, and they discover X-rated pornography on the device! Never would such an embarrassing fiasco occur with a Steve Jobs phone.
Rhonda Lee of Ann Arbor, Michigan is the unfortunate buyer of the pornographic strewn Android 2.1 smartphone, which included a handful (there is a joke somewhere around here) of explicit video clips, some at up to 12 minutes long! When Lee tried to return the Evo, she was initially denied, but eventually, the store “admitted that another man prior to her purchased it.”
Now we understand why the iPhone 4 rejects pornography and ships inside shrink-wrap (for its own protection!)

I would be so sketch of how it was packaged - since it was obviously used before being put in the box
but wow - that the store was trying to deny her
pftt.
the presentation that the iPhone comes in is much appreciated
