During December in England and Wales, 46% of smartphone owners said that they were considering a Nokia, but that sinking number has dropped to about 33%. Six months ago, 19% declared that they were going to buy a Nokia as their next smartphone, but today, only 10% are now committed to Symbian. The iPhone is the overwhelming choice among those who responded to YouGov’s poll.

56% of smartphone owners are contemplating an iPhone, while 41% expect to buy one soon. BlackBerry is well ahead of Nokia with 14% buy rate. Strangely, YouGov’s study focuses on brands rather than operating systems. Android OS’ leader is HTC, which is neck and neck with Nokia at 10% buy. Throw in the other Android manufacturers - Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, and Motorola - and Symbian is now fourth in England and Wales.
Are the 41% iPhone would-be owners aware of the antenna issue?

hmmm Nokia just needs to do something big to compete with all the big names in the smartphone market
i doubt all the iPhone users know about the weird antenna until they have it and get frustrated lol it’s still kind of a brand name game for part of the results
