To compile a list of iPad imitators from China would take ages. Even e-tailer giant Amazon is getting into the racket by selling the Touch PC, a generic 7″ slate that runs off Android “1.7″?


The details of the Touch PC are erroneous and misleading: near the top, the tablet is specified as having a “720P Touch Screen” (the resolution is 800×480), “32 GB Storage” (it is 2Gb), and funniest of all, “Android 1.7 operating system.” At least the slate ships from an American company, Nation Supply, that has tremendous feedback.
