One little robot is going to take on a big challenge of a 300 mile walk from Tokyo to Kyoto. The tour is actually part of a publicity tour for Panasonic’s Evolta batteries. This little robot is 7 inches tall, and carries a two-wheeled cart behind him. He originally came from the Japanese company Robo Garage and is made from lightweight plastic, carbon fibre and titanium this little robot only weighs around 2.2 Ibs and is powered by 12 AA bateries. Entourage have confirmed the release of their new E-reader to be available towards the end of October, after the device was leaked by California Governor arnold Schwarzenegger. This new Pocket Edge E-reader is smaller than the old generation E-reader and is double screened, but one screen is actually the older generation E Ink touch display. The other touch screen is a 7-inch LCD screen. The layout has also had a redesign, apart from being smaller in size the camera is now above the E Ink screen. This little E-reader only weighs 1Ib compared to the older generation E-reader which weighed 3 lbs. More »
