We’ve seen LED outerwear before, but this LED Fur Coat has to be one of the more unique ones that I’ve seen. I mean, who wouldn’t want to be warm and visible at the same time? Everyone will know where you are at least.

The creator, DustMonkey, found inspiration to create this coat from his frustration that nothing in the coat market could meet his criteria for him to take to Burning Man (annual outdoor event). So the best solution was to make it himself.

After constructing the fur coat from a sewing pattern, 256 RGB LEDs were attached and a custom LED controller was connected to control the LED magic.

In a way, it’s really cool, especially since he made it himself. But what do you guys think about it?
