According to Bernstein Research, 4.5 million iPads per quarter gets moved from Apple. 49,000 iPads a day or 1 iPad every two seconds.

Could Apple get any richer? Being able to sell such a product at those levels is flat out ridiculous. Though there is some controversy as to which “gadget” the iPad has exactly taken over, the numbers are there and its clearly visible that the iPad is on a roll.
