Russian Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov introduces Russia’s own hybrid car dubbed the “City Car.” Despite the very bland name it has been given, the prototype “City Car” is a gas-electric hybrid which weighs less then 1500lbs, and can travel about 65 mpg. The car can accelerate from 0-60 in 14 seconds while maximum speed is at 74 mph. The price for the new Hybrid would range from about $12,000 - $14,000, which is not bad. More »
