Russian Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov introduces Russia’s own hybrid car dubbed the “City Car.” Despite the very bland name it has been given, the prototype “City Car” is a gas-electric hybrid which weighs less then 1500lbs, and can travel about 65 mpg.
