RIM can kiss goodbye to 25,000 customers, because Dell is switching all of its employees’ work phones from BlackBerries to Venue Pros, just before the launch of Windows Phone 7 on AT&T. But it doesn’t stop there, because Dell is also hoping to convince its business customers and partners to switch too. RIM is in some serious trouble.
It’s not that RIM has ticked Dell off in any way, the Venue Pro is just a better smartphone for business and personal use than the BlackBerry Torch. No hard feelings?
