For those who were looking forward to the release of the Chrome OS, unfortunately, Google has officially delayed its release. However, developers who are working on the Google Chrome OS netbooks haven’t yet revealed the reason why it has been delayed.

Don’t be too disappointed because CEO Eric Schmidt Chrome OS has stated that Chrome OS will still be arriving within the next couple of months rather than the scheduled date.

If you’re wondering what Chrome OS is, it is basically a whole OS based entirely on the Chrome browser. In addition, according to initial reports and demos, it is going to be a super-fast OS. The Chromium OS is an open-source project that aims to build an operating system that provides a fast and simple computer access.

I hate delays tremendously. Especially when the final product isn’t that great.
