Chumby recently revealed their new Opus device at CES 2011. The WiFi connected network app player, able to run more than 1500 downloadable apps, sports a 8-inch touch screen with a eye-catching new design.

The Chumby Opus features a 800×600 touchscreen LCD, a 800 MHz Marvell Armada 166 processor, a 128MB RAM and 2GB of internal flash storage.

Compared to the original Chumby, the Opus is much more visually appealing. The original Chumby was priced at $200 and the second version, the Chumby One costs $130. Seeing these prices gives hope for a low cost for the Chumby Opus.
