Fashion designer Vivienne Tam has partnered with co-founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, to create a special edition of the Square reader. This will read credit cards when plugged into a compatible iPhone, iPad or Android powered handset.
The reader will plug into a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. Dorsey has had a history with fashion beforehand, having studied at a fashion school briefly. Square will be sold exclusively on Tam’s website at $10.
