FTD and Groupon had to stop their $40-for-$20 Valentine’s Day deal after many purchasers complained that the prices on FTD’s Groupon page were in some cases higher than ones seen on FTD’s homepage. According to CNNMoney, almost 3,300 purchasers took the offer before finding out that they basically didn’t save anything. There were also complaints saying that the service and shipping charges were so high that the voucher seemed valueless and some also noticed that they couldn’t even get their flowers delivered on Valentine’s Day.
