There’s yet another legal dispute between Apple Corps and Apple Inc., as Apple Inc. has recently applied for Granny Smith’s apple logo trademark in the European Trademarks Office. The applications were filed under 13 International Classifications including computer hardware, online social networking services, mobile phones, musical instruments, games, clothing/headgear, advertising, education and broadcasting.

Logo dispute once again. Hope it gets resolved soon. 


I think Apple will win since it has already applied for the trade mark


their names & logo both look similar because they are similar in the first place. they should have new fruits teehee
