The makers of Blackberry Playbook have recently revealed a new media app called “Music Store“, created by 7digital. The new app enables you to discover and acquire new music and media in a very simple and easy fashion, much like iTunes. Music Store is almost exactly like iTunes, with some minor differences.

Some of the differences include that on Music Store, you are able to see your most recent activity, and then go back to it. Another difference is that because the maker is 7digital, you are able to store your purchase library into the Cloud, making it easier to move between multiple devices without having to resync to your PC.

Along with the Music Store app, 7digital has also made a podcast app, which is very similar to the Music Store, just with podcasts instead of music. One cool thing about the podcast app is that when you subscribe to a podcast, once you re-open the app, it will automatically download any new podcast episodes for you. And not only does the app have audio podcasts, it also includes HD video podcasts as well.

If you already have a large music library on iTunes or Windows Media Player, with you just a few clicks, you can sync your library onto your Blackberry Playbook. Here’s the official video for any extra information you might want:
