A delay for the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play has been confirmed by UK carrier O2 after some bugs were found in the software. Well, looks like it didn’t do them much good, because Google chose their sister city, Kansas City, instead! More »

The title is kind of misleading, but that’s what NewScientist is now becoming known for. In a sense, the wi-fi “signals” were in fact “visible”. The video itself is kind of vague, so this summarization is based purely on what I got out of it. More »

From Wirebot: If you’ve seen GameCube mods, you may know how they relatively look but you might just want to see the one Jonathan Shine assembled together called the CCube (Compact Cube) out of the case of an old answering machine, cement of plastic and a lot of paint. From Wirebot: Yep, the title says it all. If you remember from early this year, there was much chatter on whether the Nintendo 3DS would have region codes or not. The region codes are installed in each game and the 3DS itself… You can’t play if the region codes are different.” An official announcement regarding this was never released by Nintendo but now she Americans have the chance to test their imported games, it has been proven true. The device acts as if the game isn’t even there. More »
